Terms of use
These terms are a product template for an Israeli launch and must be completed with the operator's legal details and reviewed by Israeli counsel.
Educational service only
MDvoro is an educational and exam-preparation platform. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a clinical decision-support service for patient care, or official examination guidance. Users must not enter patient-identifying information.
Exam independence
MDvoro is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or operated by the Israeli Ministry of Health, any Israeli medical licensing authority, USMLE, NBME, FSMB or another examination owner unless a written agreement is expressly published.
Israeli board-exam materials and reconstructions
MDvoro is an independent educational platform. Historical examination material may be presented as שחזור (reconstruction) with a year, such as “שחזור IMLE 2016”. This label describes the educational presentation and does not mean the material is an official examination document, public-domain material, or owned by MDvoro. MDvoro does not claim affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by the Israeli examination authority. Copyright and other mandatory rights remain applicable, and MDvoro may disable or remove material when a credible rights complaint is received.
Original MDvoro material
Original questions, explanations, flashcards, graphics and other content created for MDvoro are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Users may use the service for personal study and may not scrape, reproduce, sell, redistribute or publish protected content without permission.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, avoid automated scraping and respect intellectual-property and security controls. MDvoro may restrict or suspend access for abuse, fraud, unlawful use or security threats.
Paid services and cancellation
Prices, subscription periods, taxes and cancellation instructions must be displayed clearly at checkout. For Israeli distance transactions, cancellation rights depend on the Consumer Protection Law and the nature of the service and digital content; MDvoro must provide the legally required disclosure and a practical cancellation channel. The final cancellation policy must be reviewed for the exact product flow.
Availability
MDvoro will use reasonable operational measures but cannot promise zero downtime. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures and security incidents may temporarily affect availability.
Limitation and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Israeli law. Any limitation of liability must be drafted and reviewed against mandatory consumer and other Israeli provisions.
This template is not legal advice and does not replace a lawyer's review of the final Israeli terms, subscription flow or consumer-cancellation policy.
